4. Admission application procedures:Upon admission, successful candidates must submit an application including:
a) Personal resume (certified by local authorities/agencies).
b) Diploma:
+ For admission of people with university degree: certified copy of university degree and original (for verification).
Note: For those with a university degree issued by a foreign educational institution, it is necessary to submit a certified copy of the Diploma Certificate issued by the Department of Quality Management, Ministry of Education and Training.
+ Review of academic records and application combined with interview: certified copy of high school diploma and original (for verification)
c) Certified copy of Birth Certificate or Birth Extract.
d) Certified copy of Citizen Identification Card. If submitting a photocopy, the original Citizen Identification Card must be brought for comparison.
e) Send a portrait photo file to make a student card (the Student Affairs Department will guide you upon admission).
Requirements: photo looking straight, clear, photo size not exceeding 1Mb. Photo file name must follow the structure: Full name_Student code_Major (eg: Nguyen Van A_23034001_Journalism)

6. Admission procedures:
-Register VLVH student information:
- Successful candidates complete the tuition transfer procedure and keep the transfer proof for comparison before admission.
- Successful candidates bring their admission documents to Room 102, Building E (Politics and Student Affairs Department) to receive the Admission Notice and complete the admission procedures.
- Successful candidates receive study plans at the admission ceremony.
- The official admission date is January 10, 2025. After the official admission date, successful candidates will be allowed to enroll and complete any remaining admission procedures by January 24, 2025. After this date, successful candidates who do not enroll will not be recognized as official students of the school.
7. Study plan:After completing the admission procedures, successful candidates will participate in studying according to the training plan received when completing the admission procedures. The training period starts after the Lunar New Year holiday, expected from February 17, 2025.
