Conclusions:

- Vietnamese family rituals are ritual activities, mainly about funeral rites, in families, clans. From the beginning of 20thcentury till its 80s, there were researches of Ho Si Duong and hisHo Thuong Thu Gia Lebut only to introduce generally.

ButHo Thuong Thu Gia Leis a work of Ho Si Duong (1652-1682), a minister of Le Dynasty. It began after the year of 1638 and finished after 1676, its content included:Gia Le Quoc Ngu Quyen Chi ThuongandGia Le Van Dap Quyen Chi Ha, each of them has its own purpose and structure.

- The best shape text is archived at the Insitute of Sino-Nom research, No AB.592, printed in Vinh Huu 5 (1739).

ButHo Thuong Thu Gia Lehold a center role which inherited from previous generations and inspired those came after.

ButThe actual practice of rites inHo Thuong Thu Gia Lewhich based on the idea of ​​Vietnamese Confucians, had been printed and published widely, shaping Vietnamese Confucian family rituals in Le Trung Hung period.
