Summary of the thesis results: Based on the concept of living space, and on the basis of analyzing the policy context and influencing factors, through case studies of Alê A and Êa Bông villages, the thesis analyzed the dimensions of changes in the living space of Ê Đê villages in Buôn Mê Thuột from 1975 to the present. From there, the author attempted to identify the trends of change and the issues surrounding that change. Finally, the author offered some policy implications for planning and preserving the living space of Ê Đê villages in a sustainable and effective manner.

Practical Applications: Through this thesis, planning and management agencies will have access to new data on the current state of spatial changes in Ede villages, providing a basis and direction for planning and preserving Ede village spaces within the overall urban landscape of Buon Ma Thuot. Furthermore, the thesis serves as a useful reference for young researchers, trainees, and students in their studies on the living spaces of ethnic minorities.
