Summary of the results of the thesis: Based on the concept of residential space, on the basis of analyzing the policy context and influencing factors, through case studies in Ale A and Ea Bong villages, the thesis analyzed the dimensions of changes in residential space in Ede villages in Buon Me Thuot from 1975 to present, from which the author tried to identify the changing trends and issues surrounding that change. Finally, the author gave some policy implications for planning and preserving residential space in Ede villages in a sustainable and effective manner.

11. Practical applicability: Through this thesis, planning and management agencies will have new sources of information on the current status of changes in the residential space of Ede villages to have more basis and direction for planning and preserving the Ede village space in the overall urban space of Buon Ma Thuot. In addition, the thesis is also a useful source of reference for young researchers or students in the process of researching the residential space of ethnic minorities.
