Based on the study of general theoretical issues on management culture and management culture in enterprises, the thesis studies the current status of management culture at joint venture companies with Korea in Hanoi in general and the management culture of Megastudy Company in particular, thereby proposing some solutions to improve the effectiveness of building management culture for Megastudy Company to meet the requirements of the industrialization, modernization and international integration process.

11. Practical application:

Based on the assessment of achievements, limitations and proposed solutions to build management culture at Megastudy Company in particular and joint venture companies with Korea in Hanoi in general, the thesis is a suggested document for joint venture enterprises with Korea in Vietnam to better implement the issue of building management culture to meet the requirements of the era of international economic integration.

I also propose some measures to improve the efficiency which build management culture for company Megastudy meet the requirements of the industrialization, modernization and international integration

Based on the evaluation of the achievements, constraints and adverse solutions to build the management at Megastudy JSC in particular, and joint-venture companies with Korea in Hanoi in general, the thesis can be considered as a conference for the joint-venture companies with Korea in Vietnam in performing better to build management culture and meet the requirements of the era of international economic integration.
