10. Summary of thesis results:
The thesis has clarified the theoretical issues of using social networks in developing the brand of electronic newspapers; surveyed the practical methods of 3 newspapers: VnExpress, VTC News and VietnamPlus. At the same time, the thesis also conducted a public survey to evaluate the effectiveness of VnExpress, VTC News and VietnamPlus using social networks to develop the newspaper brand. The greatest contribution of the thesis is to clarify the relationship between the use of social networks and the brand of an electronic newspaper, both from a theoretical perspective and demonstrated by actual survey data.
11. Practical applicability: With the data collected from the actual survey and the proposed solutions, the research results of the thesis can help the newspapers VnExpress, VTC News and VietnamPlus to refer to and serve as a basis for building their own social media development strategies.

The thesis's purposes are clarifying the theory of using social media in developing the online journalism's brand and investigating the methods that VnExpress, VTC News and VietnamPlus have used. Besides, the readers of these journals have been asked by a survey so that the effects of using social media in developing these Journals' brand could be evaluated. The biggest contribution of the thesis is showing the connections between the usage of social media and the online journalism's brand, both theory and fact.
