Especially at the ceremony, the school was honored to welcome the following guests: Dr. Phung Lan Huong - Head of the Women's Union of Hanoi University of Science and Technology; Dr. Nguyen Phuong Thao - Head of the Women's Union of the University of Construction; Dr. Nguyen Thu Le Hang and MSc. Nguyen Thi Hang Nga - University of Foreign Languages, VNU and representatives of leaders of units in the school.
Opening the ceremony, Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan - Party Secretary, Principal of the University spoke and congratulated the female staff on the occasion of Vietnamese Women's Day October 20. Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan affirmed: the team of female staff and lecturers of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities not only have solid expertise, abundant health, enthusiasm, creativity but also are skillful, responsible, and multi-talented - the embodiment of the most quintessential beauty of contemporary Vietnamese women. Female staff have made important contributions to the development of the University. The movement of female staff of the University is very vibrant and spreads the spirit of Humanity.

Female staff of the School of Humanities "Good at public affairs, good at housework"
Ms. Vu Thi Thu Hang - Head of the School's Women's Union shared about the outstanding activities of women's work in the 2022 - 2023 school year and the tradition of caring for, taking care of, and encouraging female staff of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. The school's Union has launched and organized many diverse activities to contribute to improving the professional capacity and spiritual life of female staff in the whole school. In the 2022 - 2023 school year, over 98% of female staff achieved excellent workers, 155 female staff were awarded at all levels, the team of female staff always actively participated in patriotic emulation movements, building happy families, raising good children, and teaching good children. Women's work activities focus more on depth and towards the grassroots, with many innovations in content and form, attracting a large number of female staff to participate.

- Cooperate with VIBE project to give Ao Dai to new female students (September 2023)
- Launching "Ao Dai Week to School" to welcome the new school year (September 2023)

At the ceremony to celebrate Vietnamese Women's Day October 20, female staff of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities met and talked with two speakers from the Liberal Education community of the University of Languages and International Studies - VNU: Dr. Nguyen Thu Le Hang and MSc. Nguyen Thi Hang Nga. The discussion took place in a warm atmosphere, with many lively and profound sharings about new knowledge but also very close to everyday life. Through the definition of happiness, Maslow's hierarchy of needs, and contemplations about the balance between inner and outer life, female staff of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities had new perspectives and new knowledge about life, the balance between work and private life as well as training methods for a truly healthy spiritual life.
