On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the tradition of the University of Letters and the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, Comrade General Secretary of the Central Executive Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam To Lam sent a congratulatory letter, expressing the deep concern of the Party and State for the education, training and research career of the University.
