The program is directly implemented by the Faculty of Management Science, aiming to improve the teaching and research capacity on entrepreneurship for lecturers, researchers and managers in educational institutions.
Speaking at the opening of the training course, Associate Professor Dr. Dang Hong Son - Vice Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities emphasized that the program has special significance in the development strategy of the School's Entrepreneurship course, which was implemented from 2017-2018 and continued to be upgraded to the "Innovation and Entrepreneurship" course in the new training program in 2025.
The project “Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Entrepreneurship” was signed between the School and Dao Minh Quang Foundation from the end of 2023, including many important components: building startup learning materials, developing dynamic lectures, forming a project incubation space for students and training a team of lecturers according to the Training to Trainers (ToT) model. In 2024, the Project organized an in-depth workshop on the German startup model, laying the foundation for a series of expanded activities in 2025.

Students enthusiastically participated in the learning content of the training course.
This year's training course attracted more than 100 applications from many universities, of which 50 students were selected to attend. Students are lecturers, researchers, experts and training staff inside and outside VNU. The program includes a series of in-depth lectures: Overview of entrepreneurship in higher education, Design Thinking, Tools for creating and evaluating ideas, Business Model Canvas, Value Proposition Canvas, Market research and target customers, Finance and startup planning, Startup ecosystem in universities, Startup teaching methods and activities to design and teach lectures.
In particular, the program emphasizes practicality and interaction with the participation of prestigious experts from businesses, startup support organizations and researchers from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, and successful startup alumni from the university environment. Through academic exchanges, lectures and interactive activities, teachers will receive and co-create many new methods, new approaches and new inspirations to bring startup education into the training program in a lively, practical and effective way. This is also an opportunity to expand the network of connections between schools - businesses - startup community.
