In accordance with the school year plan and in preparation for the Lunar New Year (Year of the Tiger 2010), the school announces the following work schedule and holiday schedule:

In accordance with the school year plan and in preparation for the Lunar New Year (Year of the Tiger 2010), the school announces the following work schedule and holiday schedule:

* Activities to celebrate Tet (Vietnamese New Year)

- A New Year's gathering with retired staff will be held at 8:00 AM on Friday, February 5th, 2010 (corresponding to the 22nd day of the 12th lunar month of the Year of the Ox) in the auditorium on the 8th floor of building E.

- In coordination with the University of Natural Sciences, we will organize the Conference summarizing the work of 2009 and a New Year's gathering with agencies, units, and localities at 10:00 AM on Monday, February 8, 2010 (corresponding to the 25th day of the 12th lunar month of the Year of the Ox) in meeting room 506, building E, University of Social Sciences and Humanities.

- The school's leadership visited and extended New Year greetings to the families and former principals and Party secretaries of Hanoi University who have retired.

- An incense offering ceremony will be held at the Temple of Literature and the Do Temple (Tu Son, Bac Ninh) at 8:30 AM on February 17, 2010 (the 4th day of the Lunar New Year, Year of the Tiger). The vehicle transporting the staff will depart from the school at 8:00 AM on the same day.

* Tet Holiday Schedule

- Faculty and students: on leave from February 8, 2010 (the 25th day of the 12th lunar month of the Year of the Ox) until February 19, 2010 (the 6th day of the 1st lunar month of the Year of the Tiger).

From February 22, 2010, the school resumed teaching and learning as planned.

- Administrative staff: on leave from February 13, 2010 (the 30th day of the 12th lunar month of the Year of the Ox) until the end of the following day.19/02/2010(That is, January 6th, Year of the Tiger; the above holiday period includes compensatory leave as per the Labor Law)and make up for it on Saturday, February 27, 2010..
