The workshop is scheduled to be held on August 28, 2018 in Hanoi. The workshop will be attended and presented by two leading experts in the world: Prof. Anna Maria Tammaro (University of Parma, Italy) and Assoc. Prof. Krystyna Matusiak (University of Denver, Colorado, USA).
Topic of the Workshop
- Analyze the socio-economic context and the development of science and technology to see the innovation requirements of the Information - Library and information management industry, towards international integration.
- Human resource needs in the digital economy and industrial revolution 4.0.
- Required competencies of information specialists in the digital economy and the 4.0 industrial revolution.
- Difficulties and challenges in building training programs and developing human resources.
- International cooperation in training and human resource development
Above are some main directions, researchers can write to expand issues related to human resource development for the Information - Library and information management industry.

Rules for articles
- A conference paper is an article that has not been published in any journal, scientific publication, or scientific conference.
- Articles should not exceed 10,000 words (including references)
- Each article has a summary – no more than 200 words. An English summary is encouraged.
- Language used: Vietnamese or English.

- Tables: Tables must be numbered, titled, bold, and centered. Tables must have a clear, accurate citation of the source. The title should be placed above the table.
