1. Eligibility CriteriaStudents, including those from specialized high schools and trainees at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, must not be subject to criminal prosecution or currently under disciplinary action at the level of suspension from studies.
2. Program
2.1 Program at Kunming Metallurgical College, ChinaBut
Duration: 10 days (Expected from June 10th to June 19th, 2025)- Program content: learning about Chinese culture and art, experiencing AI, jade carving and interior design, visiting Yunnan Folk Village, enjoying a spectacular art performance... A Certificate will be awarded upon completion of the program.
- Program participation fee: 12,500,000 VND/participant (In words: Twelve million five hundred thousand Vietnamese Dong), applicable to groups of 30 or more students, including:
+ Fee payable to Kunming Metallurgical College: 2,400 CNY (equivalent to 8,600,000 VND according to the VCB bank exchange rate on April 15, 2025, 1 CNY = 3,587 VND);
+ Fee payable to the University of Social Sciences and Humanities: 3,900,000 VND.
* The above cost includes: Round-trip transportation by car (from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, 336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi to Kunming Metallurgical College, Kunming, China and vice versa), tuition fees, dormitory accommodation, insurance, round-trip shuttle service to visit Kunming Old Town, entrance ticket to Yunnan Folk Culture Village, and ticket to the art performance in Kunming.
* The above cost does not include: Visa, meals, SIM card/phone top-up, and other personal expenses.
2.2. Program at Honghe Academy - Chongqing University, China- Time:
14 days (Expected from July 1st to July 14th, 2025)- Program content: learning about paper-cutting art, Chinese tea ceremony, experiencing the culinary culture of Honghe Prefecture, Jianshui Pottery Village, Hongyadong Ancient Street, Three Gorges Museum, Chongqing People's Liberation Memorial... A certificate will be awarded upon completion of the program.
- Program participation fee: 20,000,000 VND/participant (Twenty-two million Vietnamese Dong), applicable to groups of 30 or more students, including:
+ Fees payable to Honghe Academy and Chongqing University: 4,563 CNY (equivalent to 16,367,000 VND according to the VCB bank exchange rate on April 15, 2025: 1 CNY = 3,587 VND);
+ Fee payable to the University of Social Sciences and Humanities: 3,633,000 VND
* The above cost includes: transportation by car (from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, 336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi to Honghe Academy, Mengzi, China), high-speed train ticket (from Honghe Academy, Mengzi to Chongqing University), airfare (from Chongqing to Noi Bai Airport), tuition fees, dormitory fees, insurance, bedding fees, and hot water card activation fee.
* The above cost does not include: Visa, meals, SIM card/phone top-up, and other personal expenses.
3. Application documents:- Application form for participation in the program (using the template and with confirmation from a family representative);
- Application form for studying/exchanging abroad (using the form certified by the Faculty you are currently attending);
- Copy of student/trainee ID card;
- Copy of identity card/citizen's ID;
- Original passport valid for more than 6 months, with at least 2 blank visa pages;
- For first-time departures, a photocopy of the household registration book or residence confirmation certificate (CT07) must also be provided;
- Two passport-sized (48mm x 33mm) portrait photos with a white background, taken within the last three months (write your full name, date of birth, and place of birth on the back of each photo).
