Enrollment open for the training course "Administrative and Office Skills and Document Management - Archiving"

The University of Social Sciences and Humanities is recruiting students for the training course "Administrative and Office Skills and Document Management - Archiving" as follows:

1. Eligibility Criteria:

- Officials and employees currently working in the fields of administration, office management, and document management/archiving at state agencies, organizations, and businesses;

- Students from vocational schools, colleges, and universities (especially graduating students who are looking for office jobs).

2. Application documents:

Course registration form (attached); copy of bachelor's or postgraduate degree (if any); copy of birth certificate and national identity card; copy of student ID card (if any); 2 passport-sized photos (4 x 6 cm) taken within the last 3 months, with full name, date of birth, and place of birth written on the back.

Note :Copies of diplomas, student ID cards, birth certificates, and national identity cards are not required. Applicants should bring the original documents for verification when submitting their application.

5. Timetable: 1 month,Twelve sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, from 6 PM to 8:30 PM.

7. Tuition fees:

- 2,200,000 VND/student/course.

- 20% discount for students from vocational schools, colleges, and universities nationwide.
