In 2016, the Youth Union and Student Association of Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU) established exam support teams at VNU's exam locations, as well as coordinating with the Youth Unions and Student Associations of other units where VNU had exam sites. Each VNU exam location had a Exam Support Team of 30-50 volunteers.

At the end of each exam session, the candidates received encouragement from the volunteers. The dedicated and thoughtful support, along with the constant smiles on the volunteers' faces, helped the candidates feel more confident.
