Meeting with retired officials at the beginning of 2011.

On January 22, 2011, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities held a gathering for retired staff to celebrate the beginning of the year and welcome the Lunar New Year of the Rabbit 2011.
On January 22, 2011, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities held a gathering for retired staff to celebrate the beginning of the year and welcome the Lunar New Year of the Rabbit 2011.At the meeting, Associate Professor Nguyen Quoc Hung, Vice President of the Association of Retired Faculty Members of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, reported on some of the association's outstanding activities in 2010. Notably, despite their advanced age, many faculty members continued to teach, supervise, and participate in Master's and Doctoral dissertation committees, attend international and national conferences, publish numerous articles in scientific journals, and produce many books and scientific works. In addition, retired staff members also participated in many activities of the branches and the Executive Committee of the Association of Retired Faculty Members. On behalf of the University leadership, Professor Nguyen Van Khanh, Rector of the University, reported on the achievements of the University in the past year. The Rector thanked the staff and faculty members for their contributions and extended his best wishes for good health and a happy new year to all the faculty members. The Rector expressed his hope that the faculty and staff would continue to show interest, support, and contribute to building the University of Social Sciences and Humanities into one of the leading universities in the country. On this occasion, the University also extended its best wishes for the 80th birthdays of Professors Nguyen Kim Dinh (Faculty of Literature), Nguyen Thach Giang (Faculty of Vietnamese Language), and Tran Dang Huan (Faculty of Philosophy).
