Teacher Nguyen Kim Dinh graduated from the Faculty of Literature, Hanoi University in 1959; was a postgraduate intern at Moscow State University (MGU), Russian Federation (1959 - 1963). He worked at the University from 1963 to 2001. He was Head of the Department of Foreign Literature (1984-1992), Deputy Head of the Faculty of Literature (1987), Head of the Faculty of Literature (1988-1991). He is an expert in Russian Literature; Soviet Literature (after the October Revolution); Theory of poetics and language; Literary typology and narrative poetics.

Teacher Le Mau Han graduated from university with a major in Modern Vietnamese History at the Faculty of History, Hanoi University of Science in 1959. He worked at the school from 1956-2000, holding the position of Head of the Faculty of History, Hanoi University of Science (1976-1990); Head of the Department of Party History, Faculty of History (1991-1997), former Head of the Ho Chi Minh Studies Group (Faculty of Political Science).

He is a leading expert on modern and contemporary Vietnamese History; History of the Communist Party of Vietnam; Ho Chi Minh Thought; History of the National Assembly and History of the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
