11. Tóm tắt các kết quả mới của luận án: 

a) Mục đích và đối tượng nghiên cứu

- Mục đích nghiên cứu của luận án là làm rõ cơ sở khoa học về tổ chức hoạt động truyền thông trong lưu trữ, đánh giá thực trạng và kiểm định mô hình đánh giá hiệu quả tổ chức hoạt động truyền thông trong lưu trữ, từ đó đề xuất những giải pháp cụ thể giúp hoàn thiện tổ chức hoạt động truyền thông của các Trung tâm Lưu trữ quốc gia Việt Nam.

- Luận án xác định đối tượng nghiên cứu là tổ chức hoạt động truyền thông trong lưu trữ (qua khảo sát tại các Trung tâm Lưu trữ quốc gia Việt Nam).

          b) Phương pháp nghiên cứu

Luận án sử dụng kết hợp các phương pháp nghiên cứu định tính và định lượng, bao gồm:

- Phương pháp thu thập và xử lý dữ liệu thứ cấp; 

- Phương pháp điều tra bằng bảng hỏi đối với công chúng và cán bộ lưu trữ;

- Phương pháp phỏng vấn bán cấu trúc với lãnh đạo và nhân sự phụ trách truyền thông;

- Phương pháp xử lý thông tin, số liệu bằng các công cụ thống kê hiện đại.

c) Kết quả chính của luận án

Luận án đã đạt được một số kết quả nổi bật sau:

Về lý luận:

Luận án là một trong những công trình đầu tiên nghiên cứu một cách có hệ thống dưới góc độ Lưu trữ học về tổ chức hoạt động truyền thông trong lưu trữ tại Việt Nam, góp phần làm rõ khái niệm, nội dung, quy trình và tiêu chí đánh giá hiệu quả hoạt động truyền thông trong lưu trữ. Đồng thời, luận án đã vận dụng cách tiếp cận liên ngành giữa Lưu trữ học và khoa học Truyền thông, mở rộng phạm vi nghiên cứu và bổ sung cơ sở lý luận cho ngành Lưu trữ học trong bối cảnh mới. 

Về phương pháp nghiên cứu:

Luận án sử dụng kết hợp các phương pháp định tính và định lượng, đặc biệt là xây dựng và kiểm định mô hình đánh giá hiệu quả tổ chức hoạt động truyền thông trong lưu trữ, đây là điểm mới có giá trị khoa học rõ nét. 

Về thực tiễn:

Luận án đã khảo sát thực tế tại các Trung tâm Lưu trữ quốc gia Việt Nam, từ đó đánh giá khách quan thực trạng, chỉ ra nguyên nhân của những hạn chế và đề xuất các nhóm giải pháp cụ thể, khả thi, phù hợp với điều kiện thực tiễn và định hướng chuyển đổi số.

d) Đóng góp của luận án

Luận án có giá trị khoa học rõ rệt, góp phần hoàn thiện lý luận của Lưu trữ học nói chung và lý luận về về tổ chức hoạt động truyền thông trong lưu trữ nói riêng.

Về thực tiễn, kết quả nghiên cứu của luận án có thể:

- Làm cơ sở tham khảo cho việc xây dựng chiến lược, chính sách truyền thông trong lưu trữ; 

- Hỗ trợ các Trung tâm Lưu trữ quốc gia trong việc tổ chức hoạt động truyền thông một cách bài bản, chuyên nghiệp, hiệu qủa; 

- Phục vụ công tác giảng dạy, nghiên cứu trong lĩnh vực Lưu trữ học và Truyền thông.

12. Các hướng nghiên cứu tiếp theo:

Từ kết quả của luận án, một số hướng nghiên cứu tiếp theo có thể được triển khai gồm:

- Nghiên cứu chuyên sâu về truyền thông số trong lưu trữ, đặc biệt là ứng dụng trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI), dữ liệu lớn (Big Data) và thực tế ảo (VR) trong phát huy giá trị tài liệu lưu trữ;

- Nghiên cứu hành vi công chúng lưu trữ trong môi trường số, làm cơ sở cho việc cá nhân hóa nội dung và chiến lược truyền thông;

- Mở rộng phạm vi nghiên cứu sang lưu trữ tư và lưu trữ doanh nghiệp nhằm so sánh và hoàn thiện mô hình tổ chức hoạt động truyền thông trong các loại hình lưu trữ khác nhau;

a) Research objectives and research subject

The thesis aims to clarify the scientific foundations of organizing communication activities in archiving, assess the current situation, and validate a model for evaluating the effectiveness of such activities. Based on these findings, it proposes practical solutions to improve the organization of communication activities at Vietnam’s National Archives Centers.

The research subject of the thesis is the organization of communication activities in archiving, with a focus on Vietnam’s National Archives Centers.

b) Research methods

The thesis employs a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including:

- Collection and analysis of secondary data; 

- Questionnaire surveys targeting both archival users (the public) and archival staff;

- Semi-structured interviews with leaders and communication personnel;

- Data processing and analysis using modern statistical tools.

c) Main findings of the thesis

Theoretical contributions:

The thesis is among the first studies to systematically examine, from an archival science perspective, the organization of communication activities in archiving in Vietnam. Based on the findings of the thesis, several future research directions can be proposed:

- Conduct in-depth studies on digital communication in archiving, particularly the application of artificial intelligence (AI), big data, and virtual/augmented reality (VR/AR) in enhancing the value of archival documents;

- Investigate user behavior of archival audiences in digital environments to support content personalization and communication strategies;

- Expand research to private archives and corporate archives to enable comparative analysis and refine models for organizing communication activities across different types of archives;

- Develop a national archival communication ecosystem that connects archival institutions, educational organizations, cultural institutions, and digital technology platforms.
