Its training model is quite flexible, allowing students to participate in 2-year or 3-year courses and prepare to join higher levels of education. Its leading objective is to produce human resources for the management and production of businesses. There are currently 15 Vietnamese students at this university. It frequently looks for chances to exchange students with other prestigious universities.

USSH’s Faculty of Journalism and Communication is one of Vietnam’s two prestigious institutions for training and studying journalism and communication. This is the only unit at Faculty-level training both Journalism and Public Relations. It was going to develop a research-oriented Master’s program, an applied and international Master’s program, along with many other joint projects with other press agencies, journalists and leading experts in this field. The Faculty of Journalism and Communication and Center for Media Practice’s facilities are modern and synchronized, meeting the needs of improving the quality of training and practice.
