Launching cooperation with Mahidol University

The USSH and Mahidol University had signed an official MOU in January 2013. This meeting was aimed at discussing the in-depth implementation of cooperative activities between the two sides.

The two universities have potential to cooperate tightly in many fields: Area studies, Public Policy and Education Policy. As planned, in the near future, the two sides would cooperate to organize international conferences in topics such as the roles of Vietnam and Thailand in setting up the Asia Committee; sustainable development of minorities in Southeast Area; prospect for cooperative development in the Mekong Delta. Regarding student exchanges, Mahidol University would send students to study Vietnamese language and Vietnamese studies at USSH. Mahidol University would welcome lecturers from USSH to teach, research and co-create programs and lectures dealing with Thai Studies, Buddhist Studies and Gender Studies…
