Signing MOU with Shinhan Bank

At the ceremony, Prof.Dr Pham Quang Minh briefly introduced about USSH, with an emphasis on its strategy of internationalization and strengthening international cooperation. The University has formed relations with over 400 partners, including such universities from South Korea as Seoul National University, Busan University of Foreign Studies and Hanyang University. USSH's Faculty of Oriental Studies is one of the leading units that train Korean studies in Vietnam. The signing of MOU with Shinhan University will deepen USSH's relations with its South Korean partners.

On behalf of Shinhan Bank, Mr. Shin Dong Min (Director) said the Bank considers education an important part of social development, which is why it annually provides scholarships for students of its Vietnamese partners through the program "Shinhan - Inspiring young talent". He expressed his gratitude at the signing of MOU between the Bank with one of the leading Vietnamese institutions in training social sciences and humanities and Korean studies, and also hoped this partnership would contribute to Vietnam-South Korea relations in general.
