11.1 Mục đích và đối tượng nghiên cứu của luận án
11.1.1 Mục đích
Mục đích nghiên cứu của đề tài nhằm làm rõ các yếu tố ảnh hưởng tới sự phát triển DLNT tỉnh Bạc Liêu, đánh giá thực trạng phát triển DLNT thông qua xây dựng khung nghiên cứu và khám phá cơ chế ảnh hưởng của các yếu tố cầu và cung đến sự phát triển DLNT tỉnh Bạc Liêu. Trên cơ sở đó, đề xuất những hàm ý quản trị và khuyến nghị để đẩy mạnh phát triển DLNT tỉnh Bạc Liêu.

Đối tượng nghiên cứu của đề tài là hoạt động du lịch nông thôn và các chủ thể tham gia hoạt động du lịch nông thôn tỉnh Bạc Liêu.

- Các phương pháp thu thập dữ liệu: Phương pháp tổng hợp tài liệu; Phương pháp thực địa; Phương pháp thang điểm tổng hợp và phương pháp phân tích thứ bậc AHP; Phương pháp điều tra xã hội; Phương pháp phỏng vấn bán cấu trúc.

11.1 Mục đích và đối tượng nghiên cứu của luận án
11.1.1 Mục đích
Mục đích nghiên cứu của đề tài nhằm làm rõ các yếu tố ảnh hưởng tới sự phát triển DLNT tỉnh Bạc Liêu, đánh giá thực trạng phát triển DLNT thông qua xây dựng khung nghiên cứu và khám phá cơ chế ảnh hưởng của các yếu tố cầu và cung đến sự phát triển DLNT tỉnh Bạc Liêu. Trên cơ sở đó, đề xuất những hàm ý quản trị và khuyến nghị để đẩy mạnh phát triển DLNT tỉnh Bạc Liêu.

Đối tượng nghiên cứu của đề tài là hoạt động du lịch nông thôn và các chủ thể tham gia hoạt động du lịch nông thôn tỉnh Bạc Liêu.

11.3. Các kết quả chính và kết luận
11.3.1. Các kết quả chính
- Kết quả đã xây dựng khung nghiên cứu về các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến sự phát triển du lịch nông thôn tỉnh Bạc Liêu bao gồm: cầu du lịch nông thôn (nhận thức du lịch nông thôn; thời gian rỗi, khả năng chi trả và sức khoẻ, độ tuổi; thu nhập; trình độ học vấn và nghề nghiệp); tài nguyên du lịch nông thôn; sự tham gia của người dân địa phương vào hoạt động du lịch nông thôn; chính sách, hỗ trợ của chính quyền địa phương trong hoạt động du lịch nông thôn; cơ sở hạ tầng và cơ sở vật chất kỹ thuật; sự tham gia tổ chức của doanh nghiệp lữ hành vào hoạt động du lịch nông thôn; xúc tiến, quảng bá du lịch; nhân lực du lịch nông thôn. Bên cạnh đó, phân tích tiềm năng, thực trạng phát triển du lịch nông thôn tỉnh Bạc Liêu dựa trên khung nghiên cứu và đề xuất một số hàm ý quản trị và đưa ra những khuyến nghị nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động du lịch nông thôn tỉnh Bạc Liêu.
11.3.2. Kết luận
Luận án đã có những đóng góp sau:
- Trên cơ sở tổng thuật lý thuyết và thực tiễn phát triển du lịch nông thôn trên thế giới và Việt Nam, đề tài đề xuất khung nghiên cứu các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến sự phát triển du lịch nông thôn.
- Kết quả nghiên cứu về các yếu tố góp phần làm phong phú thêm khung nghiên cứu về các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến sự phát triển du lịch nông thôn để áp dụng vào địa bàn tỉnh Bạc Liêu.
- Dựa vào khung nghiên cứu các yếu tố ảnh hưởng phát triển du lịch nông thôn để phân tích, đánh giá tiềm năng và thực trạng phát triển du lịch nông thôn tỉnh Bạc Liêu. Đây là một hướng nghiên cứu mới ở Việt Nam.
- Từ đó, đề tài đề xuất các hàm ý quản trị phát triển du lịch nông thôn tỉnh Bạc Liêu và khuyến nghị nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động du lịch nông thôn tỉnh Bạc Liêu
- Kết quả nghiên cứu có thể dùng để tham khảo cho chính quyền địa phương, cơ quan quản lý nhà nước về du lịch, các nhà kinh doanh du lịch, những người lao động trong ngành du lịch và người dân địa phương để góp phần đẩy phát huy các nguồn lực của tỉnh đẩy mạnh phát triển du lịch nông thôn tỉnh Bạc Liêu trong thời gian tới.

Trên cơ sở đề xuất và nghiên cứu về các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến sự phát triển du lịch nông thôn tỉnh Bạc Liêu dựa vào khung nghiên cứu về các yếu tố ảnh hưởng được đề xuất, đây là cơ sở quan trọng cho nghiên cứu thực hiện xây dựng mô hình phát triển du lịch nông thôn tỉnh Bạc Liêu trong tương lai của tác giả.

The results have built a research framework on factors affecting the development of rural tourism in Bac Lieu province, including: rural tourism demand (awareness of rural tourism; free time, ability to pay and health, age; income; education level and occupation); rural tourism resources; participation of local people in rural tourism activities; policies and support of local authorities in rural tourism activities; infrastructure and technical facilities; participation of travel agencies in rural tourism activities; tourism promotion and advertising; rural tourism human resources. In addition, the potential and current status of rural tourism development in Bac Lieu province are analyzed based on the research framework and some management implications are proposed and recommendations are made to improve the effectiveness of rural tourism activities in Bac Lieu province.

The thesis has made the following contributions:
- Based on the summary of theory and practice of rural tourism development in the world and Vietnam, the topic proposes a research framework for factors affecting rural tourism development.
- The research results on factors contribute to enriching the research framework on factors affecting rural tourism development for application in Bac Lieu province.
- Based on the research framework on factors affecting rural tourism development to analyze and evaluate the potential and current status of rural tourism development in Bac Lieu province. This is a new research direction in Vietnam.
