10. Tóm tắt các kết quả của luận văn:

Luận văn tập trung nghiên cứu và đưa ra một số kết quả  cơ bản như sau:

Trong chương 1, phần thứnhất tác giả đưa ra các khái niệm chung nhất về keywords trong báo điện tử; cách hiểu của công chúng đối với keywords; khái niệm về những công cụ như hệ quản trị CMS; nêu 4 loại keywords; khảo sát tần suất sử dụng các loại keywords trên báo mạng điện tử hiện này; khác biệt giữa keywords báo điện tử và keywords loại hình báo chí khác.

Phần thứ hai, tác giả nêu vai trò của keywords đối với báo mạng điện tử. Cụ thể, tác giả làm rõ vai trò về nội dung; vai trò về tìm kiếm quảng bá và vai trò của keywords đối với công chúng thông qua những nghiên cứu và khảo sát thực tế. Phần thứ ba, tác giả nêu những vị trí thường xuất hiện của keywords trong báo mạng điện tử.Phần thứ tư là nghiên cứu về sự thay đổi trong cách thức sử dụng keywords trong báo mạng điện tử hiện nay.

Trong chương 2, tác giả tiến hành đánh giá việc sử dụng keywords trên các trang báo điện tử hiện nay. Qua đó rút ra nhận thức của nhà báo về tầm quan trọng của keywords trong báo điện tử hiện nay.

Tiếp đó, tác giả cũng làm một khảo sát về việc chú trọng xây dựng keywords của nhà báo hiện nay qua các vai trò như: giúp độc giả có thể tìm thấy bài viết dễ dàng hơn; gia tăng hiệu quả viết bài, tập trung hơn vào chủ đề chính bài viết; thể hiện tính thời sự tạo nên sức hút vô hình với độc giả và vai trò tạo liên kết giữa độc giả và nhà báo.

Ngoài ra, tác giả cũng tiến hành khảo sát về vấn đề những keywords báo mạng cần tránh sử dụng hiện nay.

Thêm một số vấn đề cần làm rõ trong chương này là chất lượng keywords dưới đánh giá của những người trực tiếp làm (chất lượng có phản ánh nên bài viết của mình trên các trang báo mạng điện tử); những từ khóa thường được nhà báo hiện nay sử dụng; mục đích sử dụng keywords có chất lượng tốt giúp ích như thế nào cho bài viết trên các trang báo điện tử; các nhân tố ảnh hưởng tới quyết định sử dụng keywords không đạt chất lượng; thái độ khi thấy bài báo có sử dụng keywords kém chất lượng ra sao? (đồng tình, phản đối hay không?); khảo sát việc xây dựng và sử dụng keywords trên 3 trang báo vietnamnet.vn (VNN), vnexpress.net (VNE) và tuoitre.com.vn (TTO) qua chất lượng keywords các trang báo mạng hiện nay; đánh giá của nhà báo hiện nay về phương thức xây dựng và sử dụng keywords tags trên 3 trang báo này.

Trong chương 3, tác giả đưa ra sự so sánh về việc làm keywords giữa báo chí trong và nước ngoài (cnn.com và straitstimes.com). Từ kết quả này, tác giả đưa ra lưu ý khi sử dụng keywords và đề xuất quy tắc tạo keywords.

11. Khả năng ứng dụng trong thực tiễn:

Kết quả nghiên cứu của luận văn là cơ sở nhận thức về vai trò, đặc biệt là cách thức tạo keywords trên báo điện tử, có khả năng hỗ trợ trực tiếp cho những người trực tiếp làm báo điện tử để hỗ trợ cho công việc của mình và nâng cao chất lượng, thứ hạng của tờ báo. Đồng thời, luận văn cũng sẽ trở thành tài liệu tham khảo phục vụ công tác giảng dạy, nhất là khi chưa có một tài liệu chính thống về vấn đề này.

12. Những hướng nghiên cứu tiếp theo: 

Nếu có điều kiện, từ luận văn này cũng có thể gợi mở ra nhiều hướng nghiên cứu sâu hơn về keywords cũng như cách thức làm báo điện tử.

10. Summary of the master thesis result:

In Chapter 1, the author gives the most general concept of keywords in an electronic newspaper; the public’s perceptions towards the understanding of keywords; concept of tools such as management system CMS or definition of electronic newspaper; mentioning 4 types of keywords; frequency surveys the use of keywords in  electric newspapers; difference between keywords of electric newspapers and keywords of other type of press.

In the second part, the author referred to the role of keywords for electronic newspapers.  Specifically, the author clarifies the role of the content; roles of researching, marketing and the role of keywords to the public through studies and surveys (details in the thesis).

In the third section, the author outlined the position of keywords that often appear in electric newspapers.The fourth part is the study of changes in the way of using keywords in electronic newspapers nowadays.

In this chapter 2, the author assessed the use of keywords on the electric newspapers today.  Thereby  it can be concluded the awareness of journalists about the importance of keywords in electronic newspaper nowadays.

Next, the author makes a survey on the role of creating keywords of journalists through roles such as helping readers find articles more easily; increasing effectiveness of the article, more focus on key themes of articles; presenting the hot news in order to involve strongly with readers and linking role between readers and journalists.Besides, the author also conducts a survey about what keywords should be limited nowadays.

Adding to that, issues needed to be clarified in this chapter are: the quality of keywords under evaluations of who write by themselves (quality should reflect his article on the electronic newspaper); keywords that electric newspapers often now use;  purpose of keywords to how to write articles on the electronic newspaper; factors affecting the decision to use substandard keywords; attitude to see how articles use undervalued keywords?; survey the construction and use of keywords on 3 pages vietnamnet.vn (VNN), vnexpress.net (VNE) and tuoitre.com.vn (TTO) through quality of keywords of the current electric newspapers; evaluation of the current press how to build and use Keywords Tags in newspapers VietNamNet, Vnexpress and Tuổi trẻ (percentage%).

After the conclusion through chapter 2, the author realizes that most journalists are aware of the importance of quality of keywords to electronic newspaper.  However, how to form and create keywords still gets difficulties and could not meet the sufficient quality.

In Chapter 3, the author makes a comparison between creating keywords of the foreign press and the domestic press through analysis 3 sites Vnexpress, VietNamNet, Tuổi Trẻ; survey keywords on cnn.com; survey keywords on straitstimes.com. From these results, the author make note when using keywords and recommend  the rules of creating keywords. 

11. Possibility of practical application:

Research results of the thesis is the awareness basis of the role, especially method of creating keywords on electronic journal, capable of direct support for those who use directly electronic journal to assist their work and improve the quality and ranking of the newspaper . At the same time, the thesis also becomes the teaching reference, particularly there is no formal document in this regard.
