Luận văn tập trung nghiên cứu và đưa ra một số kết quả  cơ bản như sau:

Trong chương 1 - tổng quan của đề tài "Vấn đề văn hóa học đường từ góc nhìn phản biện xã hội của báo chí", tác giả tập trung giải quyết một số lý luận chung về văn hóa học đường, và phản biện xã hội của báo chí hiện nay. Trong đó, nghiên cứu tập trung làm rõ các khái niệm về "văn hóa", "văn hóa học đường", "phản biện”và “phản biện xã hội". Trên cơ sở đó khẳng định báo chí có vai trò quan trọng trong việc thực hiện phản biện xã hội đối với mọi vấn đề trong xã hội, trong đó, vấn đề văn hóa học đường là một trong những vấn đề làm thay đổi chất lượng giáo dục mà được xã hội quan tâm.

Trong chương hai, trên cơ sở các luận cứ khoa học có gắn liền với khảo sát thực tiễn, căn cứ vào nội dung phản ánh của 3 tờ báo: điện tử Vnexpress, báo Tuổi trẻ, báo điện tử Giáo dục Việt Nam từ tháng 9/2013 – tháng 6/2015. Thông qua khảo sát nội dung và hình thức và cách thức phản biện của các bài báo viết thuộc 3 tờ báo trên, tác giả đã nhận thấy các bài viết đã đề cập đến những vấn đề văn hóa học đường mà xã hội quan tâm như: vấn đề môi trường văn hóa học đường, ứng xử của các nhóm thành viên trong học đường nghi thức, hành vi và đồng phục trong môi trường học đường. Có thể thấy rằng, vấn đề phản biện đã được mọi tầng lớp tham gia phản biện và có thể khẳng định rằng các vấn đề phản biện được các báo tổ chức có hệ thống với nhiều ý kiến phân tích, bình luận đề xuất chuyên sâu, của các nhà khoa học, hay những ý kiến của nhà báo, người dân.

Qua khảo sát, phân tích số liệu thực tế, tác giả chỉ ra được kết quả của việc phản biện của vấn đề văn hóa học đường, ngôn ngữ dùng trong phản biện xã hội ở các bài báo trên 3 tờ báo phù hợp với phản biện. Tuy nhiên, vẫn còn một số hạn chế nhất định mà tác giả đã đề cập trong luận văn.

Ở chương 3, viiệc chỉ ra những hạn chế ở chương 2 sẽ giúp cho tác giả mạnh dạn đưa ra những giải pháp nhằm nâng cao hơn nữa hiệu quả của phản biện về vấn đề văn hóa học đường trên báo chí như các nhóm giải pháp về nhận thức của con người về tầm quan trọng của phản biện xã hội,  nhóm giải pháp về cơ chế chính sách, nhóm giải pháp về điều kiện cơ sở vật chất để có thể phát huy hơn nữa vai trò phản biện xã hội của báo chí về phản biện xã hôi.

Kết quả lớn nhất với tác giả luận văn –người đang đảm nhiệm vai trò quản lý trong một cơ sở giáo dục, đây thực sự là những nghiên cứu có ý nghĩa, tạo cơ sở, tiền đề cho việc thực hiện tốt hơn những vấn đề về văn hóa học đường mà được báo chí luôn quan tâm phản biện.

11. Khả năng ứng dụng trong  thực tiễn:

Với đề tài này, luận văn đã có ý nghĩa quan trọng trong việc góp phần bổ sung và phát triển hệ thống lý thuyết về phản biện xã hội trên báo chí hiện nay. Bước đầu tạo cơ sở có ý nghĩa phương pháp đối với việc khảo sát một dạng thong tin trên báo chí. Những kết quả nghiên cứu xuất phát từ lý luận và thực tiễn của luận văn căn cứ đáng tin cậy để các tòa soạn báo, đội ngũ phóng viên, biên tập viên nói chung và các phóng viên biên tập viên viết cho giáo dục nói chung và cho văn hóa học đường tham khảo. Trên cơ sở đó, giúp họ có ý thức sâu sắc hơn về việc thông tin về, từ đó có những điều chỉnh phù hợp phát huy những thế mạnh và khắc phục những hạn chế nhằm nâng cao hơn nữa hiệu quả của truyền thông.

Ngoài ra, luận văn còn có giá trị tham khảo nhất định đối với các nhà lãnh đạo các trường học nói chung và đối với các giảng viên, học viên, sinh viên chuyên ngành báo chí tại các trường đại học, cao đẳng, trung cấp chuyên nghiệp, các trung tâm đào tạo về báo chí.

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis:  

The thesis focuses on studies and some basic findings are as follows:

In Chapter 1 - Overview of the subject “The Issue of School Culture from the View on  Social Opposition of Newspapers and Magazines", the author concentrates on dealing with some general theories of school culture and social opposition of newspapers and magazines at present. In which the study focuses on elucidating the concepts of "culture", "school culture", "opposition" and "social opposition". From that to confirm newspapers and magazines play an important role in realizing social opposition as to every issue in society, in which  school culture is one of the issues that can change education quality and concern society.

In Chapter 2 are the scientific bases closely associated with practical survey, the contents of the three electronic newspapers: Vnexpress, Tuoi Tre Online, Vietnam Education Online from September 20134 - June 2015. Through the survey of the opposition content and form of the articles in the three aforesaid newspapers, the author has realized that these articles touched upon the school issues of society's concern, such as the issue of school cultural environment,  conduct of groups of members in formal schools, behaviours and uniforms in the school environment… It can be observed that opposition has been involved in by people from all walks of life and it can be confirmed that the issues of opposition should be organized in a systematic manner by newspapers together with in-depth opinions, comments, analyses, recommendations  of scientists or reporters, journalist or the people.

Through surveying, analyzing the practical data, the author highlights the findings of opposition against school culture, the language used in social opposition in the articles of the three newspapers above were conformable to the opposition. Nevertheless, there still remained some shortcomings which were included in the thesis.

In Chapter 3, the designation of the limitations in Chapter 2 will assist the author in venturing to propose solutions to further improve the quality of opposition against the issue of school culture in newspapers and magazines such as solutions to human awareness of the importance of social opposition, solutions to policy mechanism, solutions to material conditions and facilities to further bring into play the role of social opposition of newspapers and magazines on social opposition.

The greatest finding of the thesis author, who is playing the role of a manager in an education institution, is that these are actually significant studies which make bases, premise for better solving the school cultural problems which newspapers and magazines are always interested in and oppose against.

11. Practical applicability:  

With this subject, the thesis is of great importance in complementing and developing the theoretical system of social opposition in newspapers and magazines at present; it has initially created methodological bases for conducting survey of a form of information in newspapers and magazines. The findings of studies coming from the theoretical and practical arguments of the thesis will serve as reliable grounds for editorial offices, reporters, journalists, editors in general and reporters, journalist, editors for education and school culture in particular to refer to. Based on that, they would have deeper awareness of information, from that to have reasonable adjustments to bring into play the strengths and overcome  the weaknesses to further improve the performance of communication.

In addition, the thesis has a certain value of a reference for leaders of schools in general and teachers, students majoring in newspapers and magazines at universities, colleges, technical secondary schools and training centers in newspapers and magazines in particular.

12. Further research directions:

If conditions permit, from this thesis, there will be numerous directions open for further studies of the issue of social opposition, for example, social opposition on newspapers and magazines against education reform, the problem of students' morality.
