The University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi is pleased to announce the organization of the Annual Meeting of SEAMEO SPAFA at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU.
Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization Regional Centre for Archaeology and Fine Arts – Southeast Asian Center for Education and Arts (SEAMEO - SPAFA), is a regional educational organization specializing in the fields of archaeology and fine arts, established by the Council of Ministers of Education of the countries in the region, with the aim of enhancing cooperation between member countries and developing the cultural heritage of the region through education, research, and professional services.

With the aim of strengthening and further expanding the cooperation with regional organizations, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities plans to organize the annual and the Annual Meeting of SEAMEO SPAFA, details as follows:
1. Date and Venue:
-  Date: From September 12-14, 2023
- Venue: University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi
2. Form of organization: Hybrid – webinar event (Offline and Online).
3. Participants:
Foreign: 16 delegates, expected to have the current Coordinating Committee of SPAFA and representatives of 8 member countries;
Vietnam: Representative of the Ministry of Education and Training, representative of the Board of Directors of Vietnam National University, Hanoi; representatives of the Institute of Archeology as well as teachers and researchers inside and outside Hanoi National University who are interested in the fields of history, archeology and fine arts.
