Established shortly after the reunification of the country (1976), the Faculty of Philosophy – University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, is a testament to the strategic vision of the Party and the State regarding the core role of philosophy in the development of ideology, education, and society.
Over its nearly 50-year journey, the Faculty has become a leading and prestigious center for training, research, and dissemination of philosophical knowledge nationwide. It not only delves into Marxist-Leninist philosophy and the history of Eastern and Western philosophy, but also fosters critical thinking, analytical skills, and creativity in the context of globalization.
