The quality assurance system at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities includes:
1. The Quality Assurance Council of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities has the function of advising the Board of Directors on quality assurance activities, is established by decision of the Rector and operates according to regulations issued by the Rector;
2. The Center for Training Quality Assurance (CFI) is the focal unit responsible for advising, implementing, and coordinating quality assurance activities within the University as directed by the Board of Directors;
3. Heads of units shall appoint a unit-level Quality Assurance Department consisting of a leader in charge of quality assurance work, an officer/group of officers as an assistant for quality assurance work within the unit, and mobilize lecturers, staff, and other relevant parties to participate in the unit's quality assurance activities when necessary.
Quality assurance framework
The University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, refers to the AUN-QA internal quality assurance model, in which the four elements of the internal quality assurance system include: Monitoring tools, Evaluation tools, Quality assurance processes, and Quality assurance tools.
The internal quality assurance mechanism of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, is structured in sections, in accordance with the established quality assurance framework, to evaluate the following areas of activity:
- The quality of the training program and course modules.
- Quality of the teaching staff and support personnel.
- Quality of teaching methods.
- The quality of student assessment and evaluation.
- Quality of services supporting learners.
- Quality of resources and infrastructure.
- Quality of scientific research.
- Quality of service provided to the community.
