2. Training Objectives
The Bachelor's degree program in Hotel Management includes:
- Good political, moral, and health qualities; responsible, independent, and cooperative work attitude; patriotism and national pride, awareness of preserving, protecting, and developing tourism and hotel resources; ability to work in an environment with international elements;
- Possess a solid understanding of the fundamentals of social sciences and humanities, management science, business administration, hotel management (reception management, food and beverage management, room service management, room service business, etc.), as well as in-depth knowledge in various fields of tourism business operations such as travel management, event management, etc.;
- Performing, managing, operating, and supervising basic operations in hotel and restaurant business units; participating in adjusting and implementing strategies, projects, and business production plans of hotel enterprises, as well as policies at state management agencies on tourism and hotels; conducting independent, practical research in the field of tourism and hotels; participating in scientific research and teaching on hotels; behaving and communicating professionally and proficiently using at least one foreign language in professional work.
