2. Training Objectives
The program aims to train students with strong political and ideological character, discipline, professional ethics, a sense of service to the nation and the people, good health, and fundamental knowledge of social sciences and humanities, as well as specialized knowledge in Japanese studies. Students will be equipped with a solid foundation of knowledge about Japan, strong Japanese language skills, and necessary skills, following one of two orientations: research-training or practice-application. Based on this foundation, students will be able to independently handle assigned work-related issues concerning Japan; proactively seek and develop new knowledge; pursue further studies at a higher level; and confidently communicate internationally.
