Dr. Duong Ngoc Lang is a lecturer in the Faculty of Tourism - Yersin University, Da Lat.
The moment his name was called during the Master's and Doctoral degree awarding ceremony at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in 2025 was unforgettable and full of emotion for him. It was not only a personal joy but also a meaningful recognition of the academic and research journey he had been fortunate enough to pursue at the university.

Dr. Duong Ngoc Lang shared that the experience of studying and researching at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities was a valuable and meaningful journey. In a serious and professional academic environment, he and other students and researchers not only had access to a vast amount of knowledge but were also encouraged to cultivate critical thinking and develop and improve their research abilities.
His years at the school helped him develop a sense of responsibility, academic perseverance, and, most importantly, an appreciation for humanistic values – values that the school has always preserved and promoted.
What left the deepest impression on him was the dedication and support of his professors. Not only did they systematically impart knowledge, but they were also always willing to share their research experience, encourage a spirit of learning, and create opportunities for him to develop independent thinking. This support helped him mature significantly during his doctoral studies.
