2. Objectives of the training program
2.1. General Objectives
The goal is to train high-quality, highly qualified Bachelor of Management Science graduates with systemic thinking and a solid theoretical foundation; capable of research, practical skills, innovation, and the application of technology in management; able to develop and implement management solutions suitable to the practical development of organizations in the context of digital transformation and international integration; pioneering and creative in applying knowledge to management, serving the industrialization and modernization of the country; and possessing political qualities, professional ethics, and social responsibility.
2.2. Specific Objectives
- To equip individuals with comprehensive knowledge in the social sciences and humanities as a foundation for management activities and professional skill development;
- To equip individuals with in-depth knowledge of management science in specialized fields: Human resource management; Science and technology management; Intellectual property management; Management culture and ethics; Policy and management at the grassroots level; Economic management; and on that basis, to effectively analyze, plan, implement, evaluate, and solve management problems at all levels in the context of digital transformation and international integration;
- Develop research skills, critical thinking, independent work, innovation, and managerial decision-making skills;
- Mastering skills in goal setting, planning, organizing, coordinating, controlling, and managing resources; policy consulting and evaluation; change management; and the application of technology and digital transformation in management, in accordance with one of the six specialized areas of the program: Human Resource Management; Science and Technology Management; Intellectual Property Management; Management Culture and Ethics; Policy and Management at the grassroots level; Economic Management; thereby optimizing management efficiency and adapting to the new context of the country;
- Possessing political integrity and loyalty to the Fatherland; being proactive, creative, open-minded, adaptable, and ready for lifelong learning;
- Possessing professional ethics, a sense of responsibility, and a commitment to contributing to the organization, community, and society, serving national development and international integration.

PART II: LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE TRAINING PROGRAM
1. Regarding knowledge
- PLO 01: Applying basic knowledge of political theory, philosophy, economics, sociology, law, and technology to understand and address academic and real-life issues in the contemporary context;
- PLO 02: Applying fundamental knowledge of academic standards, professional ethics, creative thinking, design thinking, entrepreneurship, information technology, and AI tools to analyze and solve professional and life problems in the context of the digital age;
- PLO 03: Able to apply fundamental knowledge of management, communication, scientific research methods, principles, models and processes in the field of social sciences and humanities;
PLO 04: Systematizing fundamental and in-depth knowledge of Management Science to address management issues from micro to macro levels in the context of digital transformation and globalization, focusing particularly on six areas: Human Resource Management, Science and Technology Management, Intellectual Property Management, Management Culture and Ethics, Economic Management, and Policy and Management at the grassroots level, in order to implement management goals and solutions appropriate to each field and organizational characteristic, and to enhance the practical application value of Management Science.
2. Regarding skills
- PLO 05: Effectively coordinate resources within the organization to develop the organization in a sustainable and socially responsible manner;
- PLO 06: Proficient in implementing professional and operational management processes, ensuring high efficiency and performance;
- PLO 07: Establishing a comprehensive management system, adapting to the digital age;
- PLO 08: Proficient in academic English in the social sciences and humanities in academic and professional environments at level B1, equivalent to level 3 (according to the 6-level foreign language proficiency framework used in Vietnam) as prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training and Hanoi National University.
