PART II: LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE TRAINING PROGRAM
1. Regarding knowledge
- PLO 01: Effectively apply the system of theoretical knowledge of politics and law, basic knowledge of social sciences and humanities as well as natural sciences and information technology to professional activities, research and practical life, adapting to the context of digital transformation and the era of Industry 4.0;
- PLO 02: Systematizing specialized knowledge in administration, office management, and information technology related to the operations of agencies and businesses, adapting to the context of internationalization and globalization;
- PLO 03: Comparing industry knowledge and specialization in organizing, implementing, and executing office activities, effective and creative office management, in line with the development of science and technology and the development goals of agencies and businesses.

- PLO 04: Demonstrate proficiency in office skills and professional practices, office management associated with digital technology, and the ability to use a foreign language (English or Chinese) at level B1, equivalent to the 6-level foreign language proficiency framework used in Vietnam, as stipulated by the Ministry of Education and Training and VNU Hanoi;
