2. Training Objectives
2.1. General Objectives
- To train graduates in Tourism and Travel Service Management with good political, moral, and health qualities; a responsible, independent, and cooperative work attitude; patriotism and national pride; an awareness of preserving, protecting, and developing tourism resources; and the ability to work in environments with international elements.
2.2. Specific Objectives
- Possess a solid understanding of the fundamentals of social sciences and humanities, management science, business administration, and tourism science (tourism culture, tourism geography, tourism economics, etc.), as well as in-depth knowledge in various fields of tourism business operations such as travel management, event management, etc.;
- Performing, managing, operating, and supervising basic operations in tourism businesses and other service units; participating in adjusting and implementing strategies, projects, and business production plans of enterprises, as well as policies at state management agencies on tourism; conducting independent, practical research in tourism; participating in scientific research and teaching on tourism; behaving and communicating professionally and proficiently using at least one foreign language in the work of the specialized course.
