2. Admission objects
- Full-time student of University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
- Full-time students of schools in Hanoi National University (University of Foreign Languages, University of Education, University of Law, University of Economics, School of Interdisciplinary Sciences and Arts).
3. Conditions for admission registration
- The main field of study in the second degree program must be different from the main field of study in the first degree program.
- Have studied at least two semesters of the first training program.
- The average score of all subjects from the beginning of the course to the time of registration for the second training program must be 2.5 or higher and meet the input quality assurance threshold of the second program in the year of enrollment.
- Students who apply to enroll in a second degree program will pay tuition fees as stipulated by the training institution. 4. Admission methods
Applicants will be selected based on their overall academic average from the beginning of the course to the end of the second semester of the 2024-2025 school year, from highest to lowest, until all available slots are filled.

6.2. Admission fee
- Fee: 100,000 VND/application
- Students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities pay fees directly and are supported to print transcripts (proof of academic results up to the time of admission) at the Training Department (Room 103, Building E)
- Students from training units outside the University of Social Sciences and Humanities must transfer the registration fee, make a copy of the transaction, and submit it along with their transcript (proof of academic results up to the time of application) bearing the signature and seal of their first major's training unit.

7. Tuition fees
- Tuition fees are calculated per credit unit, paid per semester corresponding to the number of credits registered for that semester.
- Tuition fees for the 2025-2026 school year for the following majors are expected:
+ 660,000 VND/credit: Journalism, Public Relations, Tourism and Travel Service Management, Hotel Management, International Studies, Psychology
+ 565,000 VND/credit: Oriental Studies, Management Science, Information Management, Office Administration, Literature, History, Political Science, Southeast Asian Studies, Information and Library Science, Linguistics, Vietnamese Studies, Sociology.
+ 470,000 VND/credit: Social Work, Korean Studies, Sino-Vietnamese Studies, Archival Studies, Anthropology, Religious Studies, Philosophy, Cultural Studies.
8. Training organization
Students study at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. Based on the general timetable for all majors at the University and the specific timetable for the second degree program, students register for courses that suit their time and study plan.
9. Graduation requirements
Upon completion of the second major training program, students will receive a regular university degree from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - Vietnam National University, Hanoi. Students will only be recognized as graduates if they meet the following conditions:
- Recognized as graduating from the first major;
- Up to the time of graduation, the student is not under criminal prosecution;
- Accumulate the required number of credits as stipulated in the second degree program;
- Cumulative GPA of the entire course is 2.0 or higher;
- Still within the maximum time to complete the course of the first major;
- Paid full tuition for the course.
Note: The maximum time to complete the second training program is the maximum time to complete the first training program.
