Chapter I: Theoretical basis of corporate culture
In this chapter, the author will present the basic concepts of corporate culture, its role, symbols, impacts, as well as the elements that constitute and build corporate culture. The main purpose of this chapter is to help us understand the basic theories of corporate culture, the elements that constitute corporate culture, and how to build corporate culture. From there, the role and impact of building corporate culture are affirmed.
Chapter II: Current status of corporate culture at the Center for Training and Research on Organizational and Management Sciences
In chapter two, the author introduces the organizational and operational characteristics of the Center for Training - Research on Organizational and Management Sciences, and presents the results of a survey of the current state of corporate culture here. Through the survey results, we can see the current state of corporate culture at the Center, the advantages and limitations that need to be overcome, from which the author proposes solutions to build corporate culture in chapter III.
