Chapter I: Theoretical Foundations of Corporate Culture
 This chapter will present the basic concepts of corporate culture, its role, symbols, impact, as well as the constituent elements and methods of building corporate culture. The main purpose of this chapter is to help us understand the fundamental theories of corporate culture, its constituent elements, and how to build corporate culture. From there, we will affirm the role and impact of building corporate culture.
Chapter II: The Current State of Corporate Culture at the Center for Organizational and Management Research and Training
Chapter two introduces the organizational structure and operations of the Center for Organizational and Management Research and Training, and presents the results of a survey on the current state of corporate culture there. Through the survey results, we can see the current state of corporate culture at the Center, its strengths and weaknesses that need to be addressed. Based on this, the author proposes solutions for building corporate culture in Chapter III.
Chapter III: Proposed solutions to improve the effectiveness of building corporate culture for the Center for Training, Research, Organizational and Management Science.
This chapter evaluates the development and implementation of corporate culture at the Center for Organizational and Management Research and Training, based on the strengths, weaknesses, and causes affecting corporate culture discussed in Chapter II. In this chapter, the Author will outline the basic concepts of corporate culture, roles, logos, impacts as well as the constituent elements of and building the corporate culture. The main purpose of this chapter is to help us grasp the basic theories of corporate culture, the elements that make up the corporate culture and how to build the corporate culture, thereby it affirms the roles and effects of building the corporate culture.
Chapter II: Actual situation of corporate culture at Organization and Management science Research Training Center
In Chapter 2, the Author introduces the organizational and operational characteristics of the Organization and Management science Research Training Center and at the same time, the author presents the survey results of the actual situation of corporate culture here. Through the survey results, we can realize the status of the corporate culture at the Center, the advantages and limitations that need to be overcome and then the author proposes solutions to build the corporate culture in Chapter III.
Chapter III: Proposed solutions to improve the efficiency of building the corporate culture for Organization and Management science Research Training Center.
