Journal of Social Sciences and Humanities

General introduction

Journal of Social Sciences and Humanities was established on August 31, 2015 (from May 11, 2015 to February 23, 2025, the Journal operates under License No. 155/GP-BTTTT of the Ministry of Information and Communications; from February 24, 2025, the Journal operates under License No. 78/GP-BTTTT of the Ministry of Information and Communications), code ISSN 2354-1172.

The magazine has the following functions and tasks:

• Publish and introduce research works on social sciences and humanities by domestic and foreign authors; focus on and prioritize publishing articles with the spirit of innovation and creativity. The main content of the Journal mainly includes research articles, discussions, book reviews and scientific information.
• Ensure the quality of articles, implementing international standards of a scientific journal.
• Reflect, propose solutions and contribute ideas to the country's political, economic, social and cultural issues through scientific articles.
• Ensure diverse content and close adherence to the country's practical requirements for social, cultural and human development; development of social sciences and humanities.
• Develop specialized publications on some basic and urgent scientific issues.
• Promote the international integration process by promoting English publications in the region and the world according to the roadmap; link and coordinate with the Department of Scientific Research Management, Department of Foreign Affairs and Development Cooperation, faculties and research units in the school to introduce and promote the Journal abroad.
• Manage the process of sending-receiving-reviewing and publishing articles using Journal Management software; articles are openly accessible on the website; accepted articles will be published online first.
• Cooperate with foreign publishers/journals, foreign data services with the aim of having the Journal issues (English version) published by a foreign publisher; articles stored in international databases.
