Invitations are invited to attend. - PHTr. LB Nam is studying politics at the Le Hong Phong Cadre Training School until the end of the week. | - 12:30 PM: Vice Rector V.D. Nghieu will be teaching in Room 303, Building G. - 2:00 PM: Vice Rector PG Lam will meet with representatives from the Personnel, Administration, Student Affairs, Training, Science and Technology, and Library departments, and the President of the University's Trade Union to discuss the organization of the celebration for Vietnamese Teachers' Day on November 20th (Room 506, Building E). The Personnel Department will handle the preparations. - 4:30 PM: Vice Rector LB Nam will work with the Board of Directors of the Center for International Cultural Studies on the 2007-2008 academic year plan (Office of the Center for International Cultural Studies). Representatives from the Research Management & Postgraduate Training, Science & Library, Personnel & Organization, and International Relations departments are invited to attend. - 6:30 PM: The Principal attends the Belgian National Day celebration (at the Melia Hotel). |
| Tuesday 18/11 | - 7:00 AM: Vice Principal PG Lam will be teaching a class in Room 301, Building AB. - 8:30 AM: The Rector attends the Vietnamese Teachers' Day celebration organized by Vietnam National University, Hanoi (19 Le Thanh Tong Street). - 8:30 AM: Vice President PG Lam will work with VNU on the admission files of students in the QH-2008-X cohort (Room 402, Building E). The Student Affairs Department will prepare. | - 2:00 PM: The Rector, Vice Rector V.D. Nghieu, will work with the consulting unit on the construction project for the Press and Media Center (Room 506, Building E).
