Within the framework of the Project “Program to Support Higher Education Development” (PHER Project) funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the Scientific Seminar with the theme “Attraction and challenges from international publication in the field of social sciences and humanities” held on June 12 at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) received the attention and participation of many scientists and lecturers.

This is the result of the work of scientists from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) and a series of consulting and support activities from Indiana University (USA) within the framework of the PHER (Partnership for Higher Education Reform) Project taking place at VNU-USSH over the past several months.
