As part of the "Program for Supporting Higher Education Development" Project (PHER Project) funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), a scientific seminar on the theme "The Appeal and Challenges of International Publication in the Social Sciences and Humanities" was held on June 12th at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH), attracting the attention and participation of many scientists and lecturers.

This is the result of the work of scientists from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH), along with the consulting and support activities of Indiana University (USA) within the framework of the PHER (Partnership for Higher Education Reform) Project, which has been taking place at VNU-USSH for many months.
