That is the message that Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan, Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) sent to the entire Board of Directors, leaders of affiliated units, and key staff attending the school-wide meeting in early 2024 taking place on January 2, 2024.
