University of Social Sciences and Humanities - VNU Hanoi

In June 2012, the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam passed Law No. 14/2012/QH13 – the Law on Dissemination and Education of Law. This law officially came into effect on January 1, 2013. Article 8 of the Law stipulates that November 9th of each year is the Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. The purpose of this day is to honor the Constitution and laws, and to educate the awareness of the supremacy of law among officials, civil servants, employees, citizens, and business people.
