On the afternoon of December 5, 2023, the final round of the Football for Officials and the closing ceremony of the 2nd Sports Festival for Officials and Students of VNU in 2023 took place in Hoa Lac. This is one of many activities jointly hosted by the VNU Trade Union, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of VNU, the Center for Physical Education and Sports and the Center for University Urban Management to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Government's promulgation of the Decree on VNU (December 10, 1993 - December 10, 2023), the 117th anniversary of VNU Traditional Day and to welcome the success of the VNU Trade Union Congress at all levels.
