The seminar to collect comments on the Circular promulgating the Digital Competency Framework for learners in the national education system chaired by the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) was held at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) on the morning of November 1, 2024.
