The University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, in collaboration with Vinh University, organized the 2010 part-time university admission for Information and Library Science, with a target of 80 students.
1. ADMISSION OBJECTS
Officials, civil servants and other members of Nghe An province and neighboring provinces are fully qualified to take the university entrance exam according to the Training Regulations of Hanoi National University and the University Admission Regulations for part-time study programs of the Ministry of Education and Training.
2. DIPLOMA AND ADMISSION EXAM SUBJECTS
1. Exam areaCandidates must have one of the following diplomas: High school, Cultural supplementary high school, Professional high school, Vocational high school, College and must pass an entrance exam including 03 subjects of block C (Literature, History, Geography) according to the High School program.
2. Exemption from entrance examThose who have a university degree in the same major or the same entrance exam group as the registered major (block C, D).
3. DOCUMENT PROCEDURES
The application documents are issued by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. The application documents are issued and received from April 15, 2010 to August 15, 2010. Each candidate must submit 2 application documents, 1 set is kept by Vinh University, 1 set is sent to the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. The school authorizes Vinh University to issue and receive the application documents.
4. APPLICATION DOCUMENTS
- A set of application documents certified by the agency or locality and with a photo and stamp (candidates can buy at the Information Center - Library, Vinh University).
- A notarized copy of diploma (high school, middle school, vocational school, high school, college).
- A notarized copy of university diploma with transcript (for exam exemption).
- A notarized copy of birth certificate.
- Notarized copy of priority certificate (if any)
- Certificate of employment at the agency (if any).
- 03 color photos size 4x6 cm, write full name and date of birth on the back.
- Two stamped envelopes with clear address and contact phone number (postage stamp 2000 VND).
5. REVIEW AND ENTRANCE EXAM
1. Exam date: 02, 03/10/2010 (Saturday and Sunday), candidates receive exam notices directly at Vinh University from September 13 to 24, 2010.
2. The school organizes exam review sessions.for candidates in need. The exam review time is expected to be held in September 2010. Candidates in need of review, register and receive the schedule when submitting their exam application.
3. Priority candidateswill enjoy priority according to the current Regulations on work-study admission of the Ministry of Education and Training. Those who meet multiple priority criteria will only enjoy the highest priority. Priority certificates must be submitted once in the application; additional submissions after the exam will not be accepted for priority consideration.
6. FEES

7. ADMISSION CONDITIONS
The school will only organize enrollment after receiving enough applications as prescribed and all of the above fees.
