11. Tóm tắt các kết quả mới của luận án:
Mục đích nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu, đánh giá hoạt động hợp tác giáo dục nghề nghiệp giữa Việt Nam và Trung Quốc giai đoạn 2013-2023, dự báo triển vọng và đề xuất một số giải pháp thúc đẩy mối quan hệ này trong thời gian tới.
Đối tượng nghiên cứu: Hợp tác giáo dục nghề nghiệp giữa Trung Quốc và Việt Nam, trong đó gồm hợp tác quốc gia, nhà trường và doanh nghiêp.
Phương pháp nghiên cứu:
Phỏng vấn sâu: Nghiên cứu sinh sử dụng phương pháp phỏng vấn sâu đối với các chủ thể liên quan đến hoạt động hợp tác GDNN giữa Trung Quốc và Việt Nam, trong giai đoạn 2013-2023. Đối tượng phỏng vấn là một số doanh nghiệp thuộc khu vực miền Bắc và miền Trung Việt Nam, nhằm tìm hiểu chính sách, hình thức hợp tác, những kết quả hợp tác GDNN, cũng như những thuận lợi và khó khăn trong hợp tác GDNN giữa Việt Nam và Trung Quốc giai đoạn 2013-2023.
Nghiên cứu trường hợp: Lựa chọn các dự án hợp tác GDNN mang tính tiêu biểu và các trường hợp hợp tác thực tế giữa hai bên để phân tích sâu. Qua các nghiên cứu điển hình có thể hiểu rõ hơn về thiết kế và vận hành của các cơ chế hợp tác, làm rõ các yếu tố thành công và các vấn đề tồn tại.
Nghiên cứu so sánh: So sánh về mô hình hợp tác GDNN giữa Trung Quốc với một số tỉnh thuộc miền Bắc Việt Nam và sự hợp tác tương tự ở các quốc gia hoặc khu vực khác. Thông qua phân tích so sánh có thể tìm ra những điểm mạnh và điểm yếu của các cơ chế hợp tác khác nhau, có những bài học kinh nghiệm tham khảo cho sự hợp tác giữa các tỉnh Trung Quốc với một số tỉnh thuộc miền Bắc Việt Nam.
Phỏng vấn chuyên gia: Tiến hành phỏng vấn trực tiếp các chuyên gia trong lĩnh vực liên quan để tìm hiểu quan điểm, kinh nghiệm và ý kiến của họ đối với hợp tác GDNN giữa các tỉnh Trung Quốc với một số tỉnh thuộc miền Bắc và miền Nam Việt Nam. Nghiên cứu sinh đã thực hiện các cuộc phỏng vấn chuyên gia thuộc cấp cơ sở GDNN là cán bộ quản lý, giảng viên thuộc các cơ sở GDNN của Trung Quốc và Việt Nam, thông qua các cuộc phỏng vấn chuyên gia đưa ra những ý kiến và quan điểm chuyên môn đáng tín cây, sẽ cung cấp các tài liệu tham khảo có giá trị cho nghiên cứu.
Đóng góp của luận án: Về lý luận, luận án nghiên cứu một cách hệ thống cơ sở lý luận về hợp tác GDNN của Trung Quốc và Việt Nam, làm rõ tính tất yếu khách quan của hoạt động hợp tác GDNN giữa Trung Quốc và Việt Nam nhằm phát triển GDNN và nguồn nhân lực đáp ứng yêu cầu thực tiễn. Về thực tiễn, luận án nghiên cứu làm rõ những bài học kinh nghiệm về hợp tác giáo dục giữa một số quốc gia trên thế giới, nghiên cứu, phân tích và đánh giá thực trạng hợp tác GDNN giữa Trung Quốc và Việt Nam, từ đó có những dự báo về triển vọng hợp tác GDNN giữa Trung Quốc và Việt Nam. Đồng thời đề xuất một số giải pháp thúc đẩy hợp tác GDNN giữa Trung Quốc và Việt Nam. Luận án có thể là tài liệu tham khảo cho các nhà chức trách đề xuất giải pháp phát triển hoạt động hợp tác GDNN giữa hai bên nhằm nâng cao chất lượng giáo dục nghề nghiệp và phát triển nguồn nhân lực chất lượng cao đáp ứng yêu cầu của thực tiễn.
Luận án đã phân tích và đánh giá chung làm rõ những kết quả đạt được, hạn chế và nguyên nhân của hạn chế trong hợp tác GDNN Trung Quốc và Việt Nam giai đoạn 2013-2023; nghiên cứu triển vọng hợp tác GDNN giữa Trung Quốc và Việt Nam, từ đó luận án đã đề xuất một số giải pháp thúc đẩy hợp tác GDNN giữa Trung Quốc và Việt Nam.
12. Các hướng nghiên cứu tiếp theo:
Trên cơ sở kết quả nghiên cứu, trong thời gian tới tác giả sẽ tiếp tục nghiên cứu sâu hơn về hiệu quả hợp tác GDNN giữa Trung Quốc và Việt Nam theo hướng đánh giá đầu ra. Các nghiên cứu tiếp theo có thể tập trung khảo sát mức độ đáp ứng nhu cầu nhân lực của thị trường lao động, tỷ lệ việc làm người học sau đào tạo, khả năng thích ứng với môi trường làm việc tại các doanh nghiệp có vốn đầu tư Trung Quốc, cũng như tác động của các chương trình hợp tác GDNN đối với phát triển nguồn nhân lực chất lượng cao ở hai nước. Đây là cơ sở quan trọng để đánh giá toàn diện chất lượng và hiệu quả thực chất của các chương trình hợp tác GDNN.

11.Summary of the new findings of the thesis
Research objectives: The dissertation studies the theoretical and practical foundations of vocational education cooperation between China and Vietnam; analyzes the current state of vocational education cooperation between China and several provinces in Northern Vietnam. At the same time, the dissertation aims to clarify the prospects and propose solutions to promote the process of vocational education cooperation between China and Vietnam.
Research Subject:The research subject is vocational education and training (VET) cooperation between China and Vietnam, including cooperation at the national level, between educational institutions, and between enterprises.
Research Methods:
In-depth interviews were conducted to collect information from stakeholders involved in vocational education and training (VET) cooperation between China and Vietnam during the period 2013–2023. The interviewees included representatives of several enterprises in Northern and Central Vietnam, with the aim of understanding relevant policies, forms of cooperation, achievements, as well as the opportunities and challenges encountered in VET cooperation between the two countries.
Case study research was applied through the selection of several representative VET cooperation projects and models between China and Vietnam for in-depth analysis. This method helped clarify organizational mechanisms, operational approaches, factors affecting the effectiveness of cooperation, and existing challenges in the implementation process.
Comparative research was employed to compare VET cooperation models between China and certain localities in Vietnam, as well as similar cooperation models in other countries and regions. Through comparative analysis, the dissertation identifies strengths, weaknesses, and valuable lessons that may contribute to enhancing VET cooperation between China and Vietnam.
Expert interviews were conducted with experts in the relevant field to explore their perspectives, experiences, and opinions regarding VET cooperation between provinces in China and several provinces in Northern and Southern Vietnam. The doctoral candidate conducted interviews with experts at the vocational education and training institutional level, including managers and lecturers from VET institutions in both China and Vietnam. The insights and professional opinions obtained from these expert interviews are considered reliable and provide valuable reference materials for the study.
Contributions of the Dissertation: Theoretical contributions, the dissertation systematically examines the theoretical foundations of VET cooperation between China and Vietnam, and clarifies the objective necessity of such cooperation in promoting VET development and high-quality human resource development in response to practical demands. Practical contributions, the dissertation draws lessons from international experiences in educational cooperation among several countries, and provides an in-depth analysis and assessment of the current state of VET cooperation between China and Vietnam. On this basis, it forecasts the prospects for future cooperation in VET between the two countries and proposes a set of measures to promote such cooperation.The dissertation may serve as a useful reference for policymakers in formulating development strategies and policies for VET cooperation between the two sides, thereby improving the quality of vocational education and developing high-quality human resources to meet practical requirements.
The dissertation provides a comprehensive analysis and assessment of the achievements, limitations, and underlying causes of those limitations in VET cooperation between China and Vietnam during the period 2013–2023. It also examines the prospects for VET cooperation between the two countries. Based on these findings, the dissertation proposes a set of measures to promote and enhance VET cooperation between China and Vietnam.
12. Future Research Directions:
Based on the research findings, future studies will further explore the effectiveness of VET cooperation between China and Vietnam from an outcome-based evaluation perspective. Subsequent research may focus on assessing the extent to which labor market demands are met, the employment rate of graduates after training, their adaptability to working environments in Chinese-invested enterprises, as well as the impact of VET cooperation programs on the development of high-quality human resources in both countries. These aspects provide an important foundation for a comprehensive evaluation of the quality and substantive effectiveness of VET cooperation programs.
