11. Tóm tắt các kết quả mới của luận án:
Tiếp cận từ góc độ xã hội học, luận án tập trung nghiên cứu và phân tích thực trạng kỹ năng số của sinh viên đang học tập tại một số trường đại học/học viện công lập trên địa bàn thành phố Hà Nội, nhận diện các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến kỹ năng số của sinh viên; từ đó đề xuất các khuyến nghị nhằm nâng cao kỹ năng số cho sinh viên trong bối cảnh chuyển đổi số hiện nay.
Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, kỹ năng số của sinh viên được phát triển từ sự tương tác phức hợp và đan xen giữa nhiều yếu tố khác nhau. Tại các trường khảo sát trên địa bàn thủ đô, sinh viên có điều kiện thuận lợi về tiếp cận internet và sở hữu thiết bị số, có sự khác biệt về kỹ năng số giữa các nhóm sinh viên. Trên cơ sở phân tích thực trạng kỹ năng số của sinh viên Hà Nội, luận án tiến hành phân tích các yếu tố ảnh hưởng trên các chiều cạnh đặc điểm cá nhân của sinh viên, nền tảng gia đình, môi trường học tập, động lực tự học của sinh viên.
Từ những phân tích này, luận án đã làm rõ hơn mối quan hệ chặt chẽ giữa nền tảng gia đình, môi trường học tập và động lực tự học của sinh viên với nâng cao kỹ năng số. Đồng thời, nghiên cứu đề xuất các khuyến nghị và giải pháp theo hướng tiếp cận đa cấp độ và mang tính liên kết cho các chủ thể khác nhau gồm Bộ giáo dục và Đào tạo, Nhà trường, giảng viên, Đoàn thanh niên và sinh viên để hỗ trợ sinh viên nâng cao kỹ năng số trong bối cảnh chuyển đổi số hiện nay.

Các nghiên cứu trong tương lai về kỹ năng số của sinh viên có thể được phát triển theo ba chiều cạnh: (1) sinh viên tại các cơ sở giáo dục đại học tư thục và các trường có yếu tố quốc tế, (2) sinh viên đang học tập tại các trường đại học ở các tỉnh, thành phố khác ngoài thủ đô Hà Nội, (3) sinh viên người dân tộc thiểu số.

11.Summary of the new findings of the thesis:
Adopting a sociological perspective, this dissertation investigates and analyzes the current state of digital skills among students at selected public universities and academies in Hanoi, identifies the factors influencing these skills, and proposes recommendations to enhance students' digital proficiency in the current context of digital transformation.
The research findings indicate that students' digital skills develop through the complex, intertwined interaction of various factors. While students at the surveyed institutions in the capital enjoy favorable conditions regarding internet access and digital device ownership, disparities in digital skill levels exist among different student groups. Based on an analysis of the current digital skill landscape, the dissertation examines influencing factors across several dimensions: individual student characteristics, family background, the learning environment, and student motivation for self-directed learning.
Through this analysis, the dissertation clarifies the strong relationship between family background, the learning environment, and self-directed learning motivation on the one hand, and the enhancement of digital skills on the other. Furthermore, the study proposes recommendations and solutions using a multi-level, integrated approach involving various stakeholders—including the Ministry of Education and Training, educational institutions, lecturers, the Youth Union, and the students themselves—to support the improvement of students' digital skills amidst the ongoing digital transformation.
12.Futher research directions
Future research on students' digital skills could be expanded along three primary dimensions: (1) students enrolled in private higher education institutions and internationally affiliated universities; (2) students attending universities in provinces and municipalities outside the capital city of Hanoi; and (3) ethnic minority students.
