VNU level: Distribution and processing of grammatical systems in designing and compiling Vietnamese language textbooks for foreigners chaired by Assoc. Prof. Dr Vu Van Thi, approved in 2016.
VNU level: Developing the set of criteria for evaluating Vietnamese language proficiency of international students, code QG.TĐ.13.17 chaired by Prof. Dr Vu Duc Nghieu and conducted by 8 faculty members, approved in 2014.
VNU level: Development and transferring of the tool for evaluating Vietnamese language proficiency (VIETTEST) of foreigners, code QG.TĐ.14.64 chaired by Assoc. Prof. Dr Nguyen Thien Nam, approved in 2016.

Developing the “Framework of Vietnamese language proficiency for foreigners”, according to the Decree 17/2015/TT-BGDĐT issued by MOET on September 1st, 2015.
Developing the “Format of the test for evaluating Vietnamese language proficiency according to the Framework of Vietnamese language proficiency for foreigners”, according to the Decision issued by MOET on June, 21st, 2016.
Participating in developing the program "Promoting online Vietnamese language teaching for Vietnamese overseas” approved by the Vietnamese Prime Minister on July 12th, 2016 (duration: 2016-2020).
