Taking the audience on a journey of endless surprises, the K69 freshmen - VNU-USSH’s youngest and most dynamic members - showcased their talent, stage presence, and, most importantly, the unique humanistic spirit of their alma mater. Their remarkable performances at the freshmen welcome gala, The Debut 2024, held on the evening of November 17, 2024, left a lasting impression.
Earlier, in September 2024, the gala was postponed as a gesture of solidarity with communities in Northern Vietnam affected by Typhoon Yagi. Now, with careful preparation, The Debut 2024 was staged to welcome K69, providing a platform for the freshmen to shine.
The 8th-floor auditorium of Building E was electrified with enthusiastic cheers from students across the university.
"The Debut" - a term commonly used in the arts and entertainment world to signify a dazzling first appearance - was a fitting name for K69’s grand introduction. The auditorium became a brilliant stage for the freshmen to greet their teachers, seniors, and peers with meticulously crafted artistic performances. Their acts reflected the talent, youth, enthusiasm, creativity, and dynamism that define the newest generation of VNU-USSH students.

Judges praised the creativity and impact of the performances.
The High School for Gifted Students delivered a breathtaking dance, captivating the audience and drawing thunderous applause.
“The Steps of Connection,” presented by the Faculty of Management Science, told a heartwarming story of friendship and unity, illustrating how success emerges from collaboration.
A powerful and inspiring performance by the students of Sociology brought the auditorium to its feet.
One particularly touching moment came when a mother’s joyful smile lit up the room as she watched her son confidently shine on stage at The Debut 2024.
