2. Training objectives
The undergraduate training program in Journalism (high quality), applying advanced teaching methods combining theory and practice, aims to train journalism and communication bachelors with good foreign language proficiency, with broad and deep basic knowledge, proficient working skills, capable of creating high-quality journalism products for various types of journalism and communication (from print, radio, television, electronic newspapers) from news genres, interviews, reports, portraits... radio and television programs, to longform articles, multimedia journalism works; capable of hosting radio and television programs; knowledgeable in the fields of communication, PR, advertising, capable of identifying and initially applying knowledge of journalism and communication management and business.
After the course, students will be able to work with high quality at management agencies, press leaders, print, radio, television, electronic newspapers, media agencies, ministries, branches, units, businesses, political and social organizations... or research and teach about journalism and communication at universities, research institutions... in and outside the country; or start up and develop media companies, creating jobs for themselves and many others.
At the same time, students have good potential to continue studying, participate in higher education, and accumulate experience to become leaders and experts in the field of journalism and communication.
