A high quality Bachelor of Journalism is able to perform the following responsibilities:
+ Reporters and editors at newspapers, magazines, news agencies, radio stations, television stations, electronic newspapers, press representative offices in localities at home and abroad, representative offices of foreign press agencies in Vietnam;
+ Officials, press and media specialists, public relations officers in the Communications, Foreign Affairs, Development Cooperation departments,... of political and social agencies, organizations, corporations, businesses, NGOs,... domestically and internationally;
+ Research and teaching staff at training and scientific research institutions on journalism and mass communication;
+ Functional staff in leadership and management agencies of press information or performing job duties that require systematic, basic understanding of journalism theory and professional skills;
+ Journalism graduates also have a wide range of adaptability to be able to perform work duties at agencies and units related to journalism and mass media such as cultural and ideological agencies, social media agencies and organizations, general information departments of agencies, units, political and social organizations, companies, groups, corporations, economic, commercial, service enterprises, domestic and foreign non-governmental organizations...;
+ Start up, develop, establish and operate media companies, creating jobs for yourself and many others.
6. Ability to study for further education after graduation:Bachelors of Journalism can participate in master's degree training programs in Journalism, Public Relations, and other related majors and suitable majors in the system of majors currently allowed to train by the Ministry of Education and Training. In some exceptional cases, they can continue to study for a doctorate if they meet the requirements according to the training regulations.
