The Faculty of Management Science, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, is pleased to announce the enrollment plan for the certificate training course "Policy Development and Implementation Skills," with the following details:

1. General information about the training program

2. Training Objectives
The Policy Development and Implementation Skills Training Program provides learners with fundamental knowledge of policy development skills, how to identify policy objectives, target groups, and methods for implementing a policy in practice, focusing primarily on policies issued by People's Councils and People's Committees at the commune level. In addition, the program also provides knowledge on evaluating policies issued by People's Councils and People's Committees at the commune level.
3. Program learning outcomes
3.1. Regarding knowledge
- Understand the process for developing and implementing policies.
- Be able to categorize the objectives when formulating policies.
- Identify the target groups involved in policy implementation.
- Understanding how a policy is implemented in practice.
3.2. Regarding skills
- Drafting resolutions for the People's Council at the commune level;
- Organize the implementation of resolutions of the People's Council at the commune level;
- Drafting decisions of the People's Committee at the commune level;
- To organize the implementation of decisions made by the People's Committee at the commune level;
- Evaluate resolutions of the People's Council and decisions of the People's Committee at the commune level.

3.3. Regardingattitude:
- Having the right attitude in policy formulation, implementation, and evaluation.
