Faculty of Management Science, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi respectfully announces the enrollment plan for the certificate training course "Policy development and implementation skills", the specific content is as follows:

2. Training objectives
The training program on Policy Development and Implementation Skills provides learners with basic knowledge of policy development skills, how to identify policy objectives, policy implementers and how to implement a policy in practice, focusing mainly on policies issued by People's Councils and People's Committees at the commune level. In addition, the program also provides knowledge on evaluating policies issued by People's Councils and People's Committees at the commune level.
3. Program output standards
3.1. About knowledge
- Understand the process for developing and issuing policies
- Classify the objectives when issuing policies.
- Identify the subjects in policy implementation.
- Understand how to implement a policy in practice
3.2. About skills
- Build resolutions of the People's Council at the commune level;
- Organize the implementation of resolutions of the People's Council at the commune level;
- Building decisions of the People's Committee at the commune level;
- Organize the implementation of decisions of the People's Committee at the commune level;
- Evaluate resolutions of People's Councils and decisions of People's Committees at commune level.

- Have the right attitude in formulating, promulgating and evaluating policies.
