2. Training Objectives
Training Program on Monitoring Skills for Implementing Resolutions of the People's Council(People's Council)and the decision of the People's Committee(People's Committee)At the commune level, the training program will provide learners with basic knowledge of skills in monitoring the implementation of resolutions of the People's Council and decisions of the People's Committee at the commune level. From there, it will equip learners with the skills to analyze policies issued by the People's Council and People's Committee at the commune level and assess the impact of those policies on the locality. Based on the assessment of these impacts in practice, the training program will help learners develop the skills to adjust and supplement policies issued by the People's Council and People's Committee at the commune level to suit the socio-economic situation of that locality.

- Understand the process of monitoring the implementation of resolutions of the People's Council and decisions of the People's Committee at the commune level.

- Analyze the decisions of the People's Committee at the commune level;
- Assess the impact of resolutions issued by the People's Council at the commune level;
