2. Training objectives
Training program on skills to supervise the implementation of People's Council resolutions(People's Council)and the decision of the People's Committee(People's Committee)The training program at the commune level will provide learners with basic knowledge of skills in monitoring the implementation of resolutions of the People's Council and decisions of the People's Committee at the commune level. Thereby providing learners with skills in analyzing policies issued by the People's Council and People's Committee at the commune level and skills in assessing the impact of those policies on the locality. From assessing the actual impacts, the training program will help learners have the skills to adjust and supplement policies issued by the People's Council and People's Committee at the commune level in accordance with the socio-economic situation in that locality.

AftertimeStudents will be provided with basic foundational knowledge and will complete a final exam..Students will receive a graduation certificate when they meet the following requirements:

- Achieve at least 5/10 points on the final exam.
