- Candidates can use their exam registration number to check their supplementary admission results after the University of Social Sciences and Humanities adjusts the admission criteria and cut-off scores.

- The cutoff score for specialized programs is the sum of the scores of the following subjects: Literature, Mathematics, English, and the specialized subject (the specialized subject is weighted with a coefficient of 2).
- The cutoff score for the high-quality program is the sum of the scores in the following subjects: Literature, Mathematics, and English.
- Selection criteria: Candidates included in the selection list must have taken all four exams and not violated any exam regulations. The score for each subject must be 4.0 or higher, and the score for the specialized subject must be 5.0 or higher.
ADMISSION PLAN AND PROCEDURES:- Enrollment period:
August 13, 2020 (Morning: 8:00 AM – 11:30 AM, Afternoon: 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM). If a candidate is unable to enroll within the above timeframe, they should contact the High School for Social Sciences and Humanities directly for specific guidance.- Enrollment location:
High School for Gifted Students in Social Sciences and Humanities, Room 109, Building A, 336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi.
- Upon enrollment, candidates must submit the following:
- Admission notice (candidates will receive their admission notice upon enrollment).
- Temporary junior high school graduation certificate (original). The junior high school graduation certificate must be submitted at the beginning of the following school year.
- Junior high school transcript (original and 2 notarized copies).
- Two copies of the birth certificate (certified copies or notarized copies).
- Resume (using the provided template)HERE), with a photograph affixed with a seal and certification from the local government or the head of the agency where the father (or mother) works.
- Certificate of eligibility for social welfare benefits (if applicable).
- Personal profile and Youth Union membership transfer certificate (if applicable).
- The form for reporting changes in population and household registration is issued by the ward (or commune) police station (except for students with permanent residence in Hanoi City).
- Five recent passport-sized photos (4x6 cm) taken within the last six months.
- The amounts of money:
- Student files, documents, student ID cards, badges, etc.: 100,000 VND
- Health records and medical examination: 100,000 VND
- Personal accident insurance (voluntary): 260,000 VND/3 years (effective from September 1, 2020)
- Health insurance: 704,025 VND (effective from September 1, 2020)
- Students without permanent residence in Hanoi City will be accommodated in dormitories if needed (priority will be given to students from disadvantaged backgrounds or those with high entrance exam scores). Dormitory fees will be collected according to the regulations of Hanoi National University.
- Tuition fees for the 2020-2021 academic year:
+ Specialized program: 217,000 VND/month (collected per semester).
+ High-quality non-specialized program: 3,000,000 VND/month (paid per semester).
